Scheduled a virtual consultation and had a video call with a person named Dritero. He agreed to email the estimate for the work along with required paperwork for our building. Did not hear from them after that and there was no response to my texts. So unprofessional.

Update: Since I posted this, I was contacted by Dritero. It seems there was some confusion around the communication. Rite Plumbing have provided an estimate.

The people who answered the phones addressed my problem w a “can-do” attitude and got a technician out to my place in just a few hours. The technician himself, Raymond (tech number 5651) was eager to help, knowledgeable, honest and professional. Thanks for all your help!

I was desperate to resolve a plumbing issue and came across Plumbing NYC. I called them and got a prompt response from Donny. Sal, the plumber, then set up a free estimate and detected the leak, and replaced the pipe the very next day.

The plumber came on Sunday within hours of my call. Outstanding service. Was able to assess the issue and communicated the steps very well.

9 days ago we Worked with Mr. Shapiro on boiler repair my husband's property Lower East Side. BU Harry, I thought was a good job, but no. We thought we got a $1,250 savings. That too was foolings.
Then the Boiler stopped working all together.
I had my daughter delete our previous 5 star review.
This plumber is in my opinion highly unprofessional to say the least.

We recommended Jake Manhattan Plumber New York Co to us for tub drain repair. The shower wall had to be taken down because this turned out to be a significant repair. Jason and Rich did a fantastic job identifying the issue and installing the new pipes, drain, and other necessary components to fix it. We hired Jason to fix our bathroom vanity, toilet and kitchen drain leak because we were delighted with his plumbing competence and knowledge.

Rr is a terribly over priced service that has horrendous customer service. Melissa in the office was unhelpful and nasty. To snake 10ft of drain was 650 bucks which they won't quote over the phone and after waiting 3 hours one evening the technician didn't show up till 8am the next morning letting our basement flood all night. This is a grab bag company that preys on their customers desperation in emergency situations. I will call a local plumber from now on.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.
