My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jason came out the same day to take a look. He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

We had a water heater that started leaking. Paul came in and changed it out. Price was very fair and it was done on time and Paul changed some fittings as well. They did an excellent job. I am really happy with their service. Enough to go out of my way and write a review about it lol. Would definitely recommend because it's definitely not easy finding a good reliable plumber. Hopefully I'll have no more issues.

Best Plumbers in NYC. Have worked with them many times and they've moved mountains to provide us with quick and fairly priced services. They are always reachable and friendly.

I have been using Harris Plumbing for the last 20 years. The staff is professional and accommodating. They explain the ins and outs and pros and cons of each Job. Patsy, Joe and Tony are great. They are licensed and are above board with their work and do not take short cuts. When they do a job, it's complete. My only challenge using them is they are not readily available on weekends and late evenings for emergencies but on weekdays, you can get them at 7am and they are very responsive to your needs, often same day to within 24 hours. Their workers have been honest, professional, flexible, reliable and respectful.

Technican did the best he could under circumstances . Wasn’t able to find the storm trap to clean. Able to clean out storm pipe allowing water to recede.

I called 24 hour plumber nyc and I was skeptical who is awake at 4 am to fix a flood but this guy is amazing. He was so polite his prices are reasonable service is terrific and I will never call anyone else ever again. We encountered a difficulty on a Sunday night that prevented us from turning on the water in any part of the house. They promised to fix the issue the next morning when we contacted them. The owner himself arrived and fixed our problem in about 40 minutes. really happy.

I must say we were with smith Plumbing for 40 years and in the last month they canceled there appt with us 5 times and kept giving us other days and times that they never showed up to. every time we called no one knew anything. This is so disappointing after 40 years to call us and tell us they NO longer work with small businesses. I remember when they were a small business. SHAME ON THEM.
