I called Plumbing NYC to fix my toilet after another plumber failed to do the job. Donny was knowledgeable and polite when we spoke on the phone and he immediately knew what the issue was. My tenant requested an early morning appointment and Donny accommodated.

I am glad that 24 HR Emergency Plumber NYC Inc came out to install our new dishwasher. The serviceman was super friendly and professional. The job was also done promptly and professionally.

Jerry and Daren are thorough, professional and neat. They found the leak and repaired it while minimizing damage to the wall.

BL held the position of technician. He arrived on time, dressed professionally, was courteous, and was intent on ensuring he understood our problem and repaired it in the quickest, least expensive way possible. He kept us apprised of everything he observed along the course and recommended the most effective cure. After assessing the likely source of the water backup, he suggested that it would be in the best interest to start with a scope to identify if the issue was a blockage or something else. The scope is significantly less expensive than a cable. In addition, he stated that he clears the majority of blockages with the camera, avoiding him from charging more for a Rooter cable. In addition, he warned that if the camera locates the obstruction but is unable to clear it, he will not charge for the camera effort and will only charge for the cable work.

Boris Mechanical does an excellent job and I would strongly recommend them. The price quote was fair and reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I have always found them highly professional and efficient in all aspects of their work.

AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

My bathroom ceiling fell in when i had guests staying with me. The toilet in the upstairs unit had spring a leak. Stratos sent Chris over the next day and did a quick diagnosis and repair for a reasonable price. Harris continues to be my go-to plumbers.

Our building uses Fred Smith and we had a broken pipe in our kitchen. Fred Smith gave us a service call, then canceled and rescheduled it. On the second time when they were due to come, they simply canceled. WORST BUSINESS EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!

I called 24 hour plumber nyc and I was skeptical who is awake at 4 am to fix a flood but this guy is amazing. He was so polite his prices are reasonable service is terrific and I will never call anyone else ever again. HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Reasonable price, fast service. Good local cleaner for wash/dry/fold.

I contacted because my water heater had stopped heating and I needed plumbing repair. Plumber came over and looked at it, adjusting one component. When he came the next day with the new part, he replaced it. My water heater was back up and running in a matter of hours.

There was a sewer backup at my condo. The problem was resolved by the men after they came with the necessary tools. In and out in a flash. They made incredible things. I heartily support them.

They are the most qualified and the state of the art of plumbing.
