Kudos to Roto-Rooter and plumber Glen and jetter Chris. They handled a stubborn blockage which was flooding my basement with courtesy, attention to detail, and professionalism. Glen was first on the scene and then handed it off to Chris. I was impressed with the way they worked as a team to solve a very difficult problem. Chris worked hard at it with his jet, trying every angle, and finally busted through. All the while, they kept me in the loop by calmly explaining every stage of the ongoing process and answering all my questions and concerns. Chris even went the extra step of showing me the value in Roto-Rooter's fixed pricing structure. I appreciated this kind of honesty and transparency. Because of my experience with workers like these, Roto-Rooter is now on top of my shortlist for plumbing emergencies.

The dispatcher picked up the phone right away when I called concerning a leak under my kitchen sink. She sent a plumber who came on the same day. The leak had been there for close to two days but it took him less than thirty minutes to get it done.

Had work done on my home. They fixed the problem very quickly and I’m glad.

Had a clogged toilet at a bldg I own. Was quoted a price for an excavation. Had a 930 appt which canceled at last minute. I have to travel to get to the bldg I own and wasn't very happy. Went back home and waited and waited, 5 hours later was told Plumber was on the way. I returned to the bldg very annoyed but was greeted by a very nice technician Ahmed 5384. He suggested we try to snake the toilet before going with the excavation at this point I just wanted it over with so agreed. Low and behold he cleared the line and replaced the handle made some suggestions on how to avoid a future clog which I passes on too the business owner. I'm so happy the 930am guy canceled because ahmed5384 saved me alot of money and stress. Not sure If I'd would use roto rooter again because it's obviously hit or miss with its technicians. If I do I'll ask for ahmed5384.

Raymond's home Improvement company is a nice company.Raymond is very pleasant and respectful and a willing person.he has good knowledge and understanding about his work.The company prices are very affordable, he do not rush his work.Raymond is always available when needed,always on time .I will always use this company when I am in need of any help for my home

I don’t write reviews but this was one of the most horrible and unacceptable experience that I have ever had that I had to make an exception to warn you all to stay away from them. I would give a -1 star if I could. The owner was particularly dishonest and disrespectful. They should go out of business.

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.

In short, Edison is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerator's ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!

The plumbing shop where I used to work in the mid and late eighties is now a high rise luxury building in Williamsburg Brooklyn

We had American Leak Detection come at the recommendation of a plumbing co. They came to locate a leak causing a high water bill. They found no leak except a drip in a faucet. The water biter calling the county ll remained high, which I could not see until the next billing period. After calling the county water co, and them saying I MUST have a leak, I called this co. They did not return calls and when I finally got in touch with them, they refused to come back without the full $450 charge and when I asked to have the boss call, no one ever responded. ACsaid he didn't want to get the boss annoyed, and I responded that I guess he thought it was better to have an annoyed customer. And no one responded.

We spent $30k on plumbing for our house renovation and have had nothing but problems; every time he’s come to fix something he’s been annoyed. He told me to “lose his number.”
