At first I was confused by 72F’s policy of not actually doing the work they recommend, but their consulting service probably saved money in the long run. They didn't try to sell me anything, but did tell me how to fine tune and maintain our system to get the best out of it and hopefully prevent problems in the long run. John came out and did recommend some work, but I did the smaller stuff myself and he put me in touch with a plumber who could handle what I didn't think I could do myself.
