I highly recommend it. The plumber I was going to use canceled on me twice. And so I got fed up and did a google search. I’m so happy that I choose to use Plumbing NYC. Super accommodating and very responsive. And yes, super skilled in his craft.

The service was great, and they were able to come quickly. My only issue was the exorbitant cost that I felt wasn’t very transparent. I was quoted one price over the phone and when the technician arrived, he gave me another higher price which seemed high but I appreciated the convenience. At the end of the visit, the final price was about $500 more, for a total of $1,100 to snake a garbage disposal and about 1.5 hours of labor. The technician didn’t wear booties and ended up leaving my kitchen floor pretty messy, which I definitely wouldn’t have expected for the premium price. I would recommend to people for quick and good, but very expensive service.

How lucky we were that Chris was able to fit us in, drive over and resolve the boiler issue and remedy the lack of heating. Chris is hardworking and honest, you’ll feel as blessed as we did having found him. We be keeping his number for future projects and emergencies.
