My tankless water heater got damaged and the crew was responsive and they fixed the problem. They were dedicated and corrected the problem and made sure everything was good to go.

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

Both Danny & Jason worked diligently for 12 hours straight to make sure that my new heating system was running perfectly by the time they left. They walked me through all the controls and all the Maintenace procedures. Not to mention they were extremely neat and clean!

Called to get a quote for a simple water filter installation. Receptionist tried a very hard sell. When I could not commit to a time/date for service she hung up on me. I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!
