Best Backflow Design in New York NY

I needed to replace the boiler in my building and I called Neo plumbing for an estimate. The plumber arrived and gave an estimate and scheduled for the job. Very happy with them and they provided a good plumbing service

We shopped around and got four proposals for our backflow project. Nivo Backflow was not the cheapest but definitely NOT the most expensive. When we looked at their proposal more closely, we realized that they offered us a lot more for the money. After that it was a no-brainer.
They did everything they promised and stood by their word. I wish all contractors were as reliable and honest.

Set up an appointment, they canceled the day of (it happens, no big deal). Rescheduled for two days later, called the morning of to confirm with them and they told me my appointment was priority. No one showed up, no one called to explain why, and when I called to follow up, I was directed to a call center (and not to actual personnel).

Watson has been my go-to plumbers for pipes, leaks, and inspections. More recently they came to my rescue when our (new!) hot water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not relight. Based on that, I will probably use them for more heating services too and get one stop shopping.

Everyone has been great.

Discourteous employees and outrageous pricing. I would never use them again. Look elsewhere unless you like to pay triple the price. I would give zero stars if I could.
