GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

This company treated us amazingly at our new home. Our plumber Sal was outstanding. He helped inspect our sump pump to let us know if there were any issues. Will certainly be using their services.

I have used WaterHouse twice now. They are very responsive, track the case number easily and arrive on time. They work until the actual problem is fixed. My hot water heater failed on Monday. Aladdin was honest letting me know they were backed up and couldn't come till Thurs. I tried reaching other plumbers but they too were unavailable. They contacted me on Wednesday morning letting me know they could schedule me for that morning. They came prepared to fix the heater and had the parts needed. They were prompt, neat, and professional. All +++.

Strato, Chris L, and Jonathan repaired the boiler for my apartment and got the heating going. They did a great job and were able to source a part and get it installed and running in a couple of hours.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I've been struggling with my bathroom sink leaking for the past month and my apartment did a horrible job fixing it, which just made the leak worse. I called up today and requested service, and thankfully Neha was able to find the time slot that works with my crazy schedule. The plumber came today - found out what was causing the leak, fixed it, cleaned up and double-checked to make sure all was good. The entire process took less than an hour. Really recommend!

Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful.
