It made my wife and I feel safe knowing who would be representing Vigilante product line.I met with Mike, a great guy and was impress with his product knowledge, and thoroughness in helping us select the right Mitsubishi split A/C unit. This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

AWFUL!! The guy was very unprofessional and walked away before even beginning to help us. He literally said 'figure it out yourself'
