Best A/C System Repair in New York NY

Don't think this is a local business anymore. Number seems to go to call center, Operator said $185 then when plumber arrived he said $185 more for first Hour. Seemed expensive for a simple leak.

Thank you for a quick / efficient job. No cold water in NYC is rough . These guys replaced my water heater same day . It’s hard to find good service, these guys exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I cant complain. Frank (0766) was able to fix the plumbing problem, and he arrived within a half hour of my phone call, on 4th of July no less. All other plumbers were nowhere to be found.But therein lies the irony of my review. At a cost of $419 before tax, for ten minutes work with a ram air pump,(total came to $456.19) I definitely only paid BECAUSE it was 4th of July weekend, and all other plumbers were scarce.

Donny was helpful throughout the appointment scheduling process. The plumber showed up on time and was super knowledgeable and efficient. It seems I finally found a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company with competitive prices.

I have a mystery leak which may be causing the floor to buckle, and I asked Fred Smith Plumbing to come and investigate. My first interaction with them was fine, normal- I called, they showed up in the time frame they were supposed to show up, the plumber looked around, and couldn't find the source of the leak. Fine.
Then, since he was there, I asked if he could replace these faucets in the bathroom since they had been leaking. He said that replacing them would stop the leak. He helped me pick out some faucets on amazon, and said to book a new appointment when the faucets arrive. I booked a new appointment, and that's when the trouble started. On the day they were supposed to come, time passed, and I finally called, and the man who answered the phone said I wasn't on the schedule. Did they take your credit card information? If they asked, I gave it Well, you're not on the schedule, so you must not have given your CC information. Well, if it's your job to ask for and record that information, then that's your job. And that's how interaction continued with their office, blaming me for them not showing up. They finally came another day, the man who came took ages to install the faucets (charge by the hour), including a half hour toilet break (!) If you're looking for a frustrating place that will keep you waiting for days, then take their time and charge you for that, this is the place. Faucet still leaks, though less. 3 days of waiting.

Couldn't be happier! They were very prompt, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and resolved the problem immediately. Really appreciate the advice for another plumbing dilemma. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

The technician did a superb job; he was very professional, went through everything that needed to be done, and enquired as to if I had any further queries. They'll be put to use again.

Great! They arrived within an hour after I called Christmas eve, worked two hours with my septic backed up into the basement and a foot of brown water in my front yard all because of WIPES!
