Jason fixed the heater on my moms condo in Kips Bay. He was in and out quickly, clean, and efficiently. A bit more expensive than the others but the service was great and wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for the quality work. Would definitely call again.

They came round and informed me of a variety of options for a new Plumbing which would also be good enough to hear my new extension. They were honest and competitive. On the day of insulation I was able to secure a weekend slot as I work in the week. The engineers were professional and showed me how to operate my new Plumbing. I cannot fault the whole process and I really appreciate everything they did for me.

We are a restaurant in east village and our water heater broke. These guys came and replace it right away. 5 stars for them.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! ZERO STARS! NO-SHOW!

I was extremely disappointed with a last minute cancellation at 12:00 Noon for today's 10a-2p appointment, I find it incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. They simply left a voicemail saying they got too busy with other jobs.
Hmm…that seems a bit contradictory to their website where they state [their] reputation has been built on high quality, fairly priced service...On never having to make excuses.
My wife and I made arrangements, not only moving our schedules around but also everything under both our sinks in advance of what we thought would be an agreed upon appointment.
They came well recommended by our well-connected broker at Corcoran Real Estate, and seemed to have it together by how quickly they turned around a COI that named us and our building management, but alas, no play no pay!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

We contacted them after being scammed by another company over a water leak. Joelle promptly identified the issue, provided a fair quote, and returned to fix the pipes. Before he could get out and fix it, he gave us two options to choose from and helped me understand how to essentially Band-Aid it. He was helpful, forthright, and totally professional; we will definitely hire them again if necessary.

I appreciate that in addition to doing the LL-152 inspection, HBNY also took care of the filing of the paperwork with the DOB. It made the process as painless as possible for us.
