Harry Mason was great! He came late in the day and discovered his drain cable was not long enough for the job. He explained the situation and said he would be back this morning first thing. He set us up as his first job of the day. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient. He got the job done and our drains flowing again. The entire Roto Rooter experience has been a great one. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid for them to do video piping. On the day of our first scheduled appointment, I got a call from the receptionist 2 hours before the appointment claiming the plumber's car broke down and he needed to reschedule for the weekend. That Saturday, the guy was 3 hours late, never answered the phone, and I was basically embarrassed infront of the listing agent who essentially wasted his time waiting around for the plumber. The guy apologized and rescheduled for the following Monday. Monday rolls around and the guy is a no show again. I text him and his wife responds to the text saying her husband was sick all weekend and not at work.

I ended up using another agency who was prompt and efficient. I would never recommend Pipes r Us for anything.

Charged us $169 to rechaulk a PVC joint in our A/C P-trap. 15-minute job and a schmear of chaulk. Shame on me for not getting a quote in advance. I would have laughed in his face and told him to hit the road. Don't waste your money on law school, learn how to be rip-off artists like these folks.

We used Bienvenu to repair and replace pipes under our kitchen zinc. They were prompt, did good good and were reasonable. Very pleased.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
