I’d like to thank every member of the team that completed the work - Patrick the Manager for keeping me updated and informed of the work being done; Kyle the technician who originally diagnosed the issue with the old system and thoroughly explained all the options to me and the installers Mike Jr, Jack and Raiko for their exceptional work in completing a major task in one day. There was a potential issue of a leak that was really old prior damage but that Patrick and his crew sourced work for an patched up no questions asked. I can’t recommend Natal’s highly enough.
