Timely service call, courteous employee, very knowledgeable. Though my plumbing issue could not be completely resolved a correct solution was diagnosed. Because my issue could not be completely resolved i was charged only for the efforts made which was less that 1/3 the original quoted price. Had a leaky toilet and was told it may be the wax seal. They came out and look and initially could not find the problem. The guys, with their keen eyes, found a hairline crack in the tank, which I never would have seen. They suggested a new toilet, which was needed, and I agreed. They came back with new toilet and installed it within 15 minutes. I will recommend Acadian Plumbing to all who need service. Thanks for the prompt service.

The DVD video inspection was not on the DVD. I called to resolve the issue. The assistant was nice and offered a refund of $75 of $350, which was generous considering that I asked for the refund 8 months later.
