I was very impressed with all the personnel at Surgi's, who were expert at their jobs and clearly explained our air conditioning problem and potential solutions. Nick and Garrett spent an entire, very hot day installing a new condenser and evaporation coil. When they were finished, they then cleaned up everything and explained what we needed to know about the maintenance of our new system. It's not the first time we've used Surgi's, and it won't be the last. It was an excellent experience.

The associate the came to our house was very attentive and respectful of everything, including our time. He explained things very well and understandable for a non-HVAC person.
