He introduced himself, proceeded to the kitchen to assess the situation, gave us a quote for the service and, after we authorized him to perform the service, unclogged the pipes efficiently and quickly. He showed us some of the residue from the pipes, gave us informational tips on ways to keep the drain clear, cleaned up the area and left it in tiptop shape. Once the bill was settled he gave us our receipt, informed us of your company guarantee, asked if we had any questions, shook hands with us and left.Throughout the experience, Mr. George was prompt, professional, clean and efficient. While a clogged drain is never a pleasant experience, Mr. George was able to eliminate our trouble in a timely fashion without disrupting our activities.
