Nick {2695) came out to take care of the problem with the bath blockage. He was prompt, courteous and knew exactly how to fix our problem. I would definitely call Roto Rooter the next time we have a problem.

I called for a blockage in my ac line. They said, it was the AC unit. The AC guy said, it was the water lines blocked. After a month of back and forth, and $400 between the two companies, Roto Rooter came today and it was a blockage in 2 spots. $245. Never will I use this company again.

There seems to be a common theme of customers that are assigned this company by their home warranty company receiving less than satisfactory service and repairs. My experience has been no different. Cold water supply line is leaking, diagnoses recommends replacing the line and faucet. Multiple technicians have come out and two months later my cold water supply line is still leaking and we are stuck with hot water only for our kitchen sink along with a leak that continues to damage the cabinets underneath the sink.
