Prior to calling Dr. Drips, there had been at least 3 other plumbers to my house. Matt with Dr. Drips was the first one to notice the major mistake of the PRV bypassing the water heater which was causing the showers and washing machine to vibrate on hot. He was very good about communicating what he found and keeping me in the loop so we could make informed decisions together. So grateful for him and Jance. Will definitely call on them in the future.
