Called the at 1 in the morning with a plumbing emergency. The plumber came right out and fixed the issue! Very pleased.

We have had this company come out twice now. First time on purpose the second by accident. The first time we had a problem with our HVAC package unit they came out and strongly recommended we replace the unity. It was reasonable to consider that I agree because it is an older unit but it was still working pretty good. This was the first issue we were having with it. I decided to have another company come out and they replaced a capacitor or transformer (I can’t remember which now) for a nominal cost and we were good for several years. This last week our furnace part of the unit would not supply gas to the burners. It was diagnosed by them to have a bad control board and valve. They said repair would cost around 1500 but recommended a replacement unit. Verbal quote around 7k (including install). That’s when I realized this was the same company we called previously and was much more interested in replacement and sales then repair. I immediately called another contractor who came out and within literally two minutes of arrival had it running. He simply reset the thermal limit switch of the furnace and it fired right up. He replaced the limit switch just in case it was starting to go and checked the burners alignment. Been working solid for the past week.
