FROG provided a 2 hr time window (most companies allow a 4-6 hr window) for service which was great and respective of my time. They updated by phone and email on the ETA of the tech. Tech arrived within the time window and completed the entire service in about 30 mins. All safety protocols were followed. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the service to be performed and answered questions. Once completed, shared the results and tips for keeping system working efficiently. I utilized FROG for HVAC service in the past with my prior home and they are still as great as they were then. Price is great for the yearly maintenance. If you haven't tried them for HVAC service and aren't happy with your current provider, give them a try.

He informed us of the TVA UpLift program which is linked on the MCH website through which we were approved to receive a grant for a new HVAC unit and other energy efficient improvements to our home, saving us thousands of dollars this year and in the years to come. We were even able to request MCH as our preferred contractor for our UpLift installation.
