RB installed a new Carrier 2T HVAC at our residence on November 5th, 2020. The quality of the work was outstanding - the 2 installers Kevin (?) and his mate (?) were here for most of the day. They were polite, and efficient, and communicated very well with explanations. They assisted as well in the setup of the new Honeywell WIFI Vision 8000 thermostat (cost as much as an iPad). There were 2 small tasks unfinished when they left, and promised they would be dealt with expeditiously. And they were done the next day. Plumber (Name? missing) relocated a drain line, and Joseph Henry capped a vent. And the RB price for this system was superior to any other quote I received. They exceeded my expectations.
