What truly impressed me, though, was how Rocky helped me with something that had no connection to the work I had retained him for. I had rented a UHaul that morning and had picked up a freezer at a local big box store. With the UHaul in my driveway and the freezer still in it, I fell unexpectedly and suddenly ill. I felt much too weak to unload the freezer. Rocky sized up the situation and, completely unasked, unloaded the freezer for me and helped my wife level it. He didn’t have to do that. He seems to me like a genuinely decent person who strives to take care of his customers. I’ll most certainly call him the next time I need plumbing work done. I think you should call him, too.
