A plumbing job I was told would take one, maybe two, days took 2 weeks of me being displaced from my house without plumbing. When I was told the plumbing job was completed I returned home to a still completely dug up yard and a commercial grade backhoe sitting in my front yard. Not to mention the soda bottles, snack wrappers, and cigarette butts strewn around. The employee that priced the job for me told me 24 months same as cash financed through Home Depot. That was a straight lie. It was 6 months same as cash. Luckily I was able to eventually speak with someone at Home Depot that was able to change that. For my homeowners insurance I needed an itemized receipt. That took 2 months to obtain. Despite MULTIPLE calls and emails. And THEN I get a letter in the mail today stating I am 90 days delinquent on my payment. A payment I made the day I called them months ago. A payment I am making monthly payments on via that same Home Depot credit card. And this bill says because I am 90 days delinquent (keep in mind I never got anything at the supposed 30 or 60 days), that the next step is collections financing. I am disgusted by this company.
