Beware of their HVAC sales approach - I had one of two AC Condenser units go out, called ARS from a flier in the mail, and they came out right away. Showed pictures of multiple problems and estimated over $3800 just to repair existing unit, and $13K to do all recommended work. As an engineer myself, I knew much of what they said was bogus. I got a second opinion, replaced a capacitor & hosed off fan - minor repairs, and the unit was working again - for $334. I called the manufacturer to get more information and data on my unit - should last another 10 years. I don't trust ARS - beware of their sales BS.
