Joe employee number 4793 worked on some drains and set up a camera inspection for my piping

The work was great, Ray did an awesome job on the pipe that was leaking. However the reason I gave only 4 stars is the customer service. I called and set up an appointment at 4-8pm and got a call stating that they would not be able to do that so got changed to 1-3pm, at 15 min after 3 I had to call them and they told me there would be ca call in a half hour and then an hour after that I had to call them again. So the job itself was great the phone customer service needs lots of work.
