After he completed the inspection, he asked if we had any questions and answered all out inquires. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail that he and Paul Bunyan shows. I set up a service appt the very next morning to have my broken water softener looked at. Roy was extremely knowledgeable. He explained in detail and made recommendations. At no point did I feel pressure to repair or replace -I was left with useful info to make a decision. There was also a mix up with the cost of the trip charge, but he called the main office, explained and the company stepped up.

UNPROFESSIONAL - GO ELSEWHERE.
Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Too bad I have to even pick 1 star. My service was for a stoppage, I chose what was closest to my issue, but I noted that the problem was water bubbling in kitchen and toilets when water was draining in other areas of the house. From the moment the technician arrived he was abrasive and rude. He flushed a toilet, walked around the outside perimeter of my home and said he couldn't help me. He advised me that I would have to call another company to address my problem and he thought it might be clogged vents. He refused to try and see if there was a clog elsewhere or do any other work. Considering he was wearing nice jeans, a nice tshirt and was worried more about the grass that got on his shoe than listening to my concerns I'm not surprised he didn't want to inspect the cleanouts (we have 3) under the house. After speaking to his mgr he told me he was going outside to make a call to my warranty company. He got into his van and drove away. Awesome service! I will make sure to tell my friends.
