Mike was able to get the City of Edina to come out and replace a meter which was badly rusted and leaking. City wouldn't even talk to me. When they did come, promptly the next day, they did the replacement in five minutes. I give Mike credit for that, and also for being a most courteous worker.

I needed a clogged drain cleared out. Nicholas B was on time, friendly and professional. He cleared the drain, gave me some tips to keep it cleared and showed me the gunk from inside it that he took out. He presented a few maintenance and upsells that sounded interesting, but we were just not ready for them at the moment. I would recommend Dean's to friends. The price I saw in the ad was the price I paid, I appreciate the company keeping its word and not using bait & switch tactics like some others do. Thanks again Nicholas!

On 2/18 I called them to install a hot water hearted . The plumber showed up around noon worked till 5:00 then said his schedule was booked wouldn’t be back until 2/20 to finish the job. Me.router was charging me $2200 to install a. Hot water heater that I could have done myself in 8 hours and saved myself $1200. I called the morning of 2/19 said that if the water heater was not installed be eod on 2/19 they would not be paid. By 11:30 the same plumber showed up to finish the job. I worked with that plumber till 4:30 to get it installed at one point his manager showered up saw me helping him made a comment oh your helping . No discounts offered for the poor service they were more concerned with being paid then making the situation right . Bottom line an experienced plumber should have been able to install the hot water heater in 3 to 4 hours not two days .. don’t user them poor service ...

Kintex Plumbing of Tampa were going to get paid by my home warranty company for a water heater replacement. But in addition, Kintex tried to charge me the same amount for so called modifications. Kintex is a Greedy company that tried to get compensated twice. Stay Away !! Update To Response : Warranty company confirmed that they pay all fees except for modification fees. Excessive modification fees to simply install a matching water heater is totally unacceptable...
