Best Hot Water Heater Problems in Minneapolis MN

I had Norblom out to replace an old water heater that had started leaking the day before. They were on time, professional, and charged exactly what had been quoted over email. The quote itself was significantly higher than I have seen from other companies ($1958.99 for an incredibly basic water heater), but I went with it because it’s December and not the time for me or tenants to be without hot water.

The only complaint I had with the service itself is a painted door that was scratched in the process of moving the old water heater up the stairs. They had to work a miracle to fit the 75 gallon water heater up the stairs, so a scratch is understandable, but for the price of service I would have expected an acknowledgement and apology. All in all, though, they did their job and I’m grateful to have hot water again.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Very helpful, I had an emergency on Sunday at 8am, Nate our technician made it out by 10 o'clock. He fixed my problem and helped replace other hoses for our new faucet! Very professional, good price also for same day weekend service!
