HomeWorks installed a new furnace 14 months ago. I recently noticed that if the AprilAire humidifier was calling for water, the humidifier water was running even though the heat was off. Water is supposed to run only when the heat and/or the blower is on, so water was being wasted. I called HomeWorks. Two days later Stephen came to our house and changed the wiring to fix the problem. There was no charge to me, which shows they stand behind their work. Stephen was professional, with a pleasant personality. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.
