I had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. They came promptly, worked very quickly and did a great job! Then with the extra time helped with low hot water pressure on that sink.

Only reason why I am giving them 1 star, is because I'm not sure if they are still in business. Number is disconnected. Scheduled an appt through their website and no one showed up. Even though I received a confirmation that someone would be coming. They did previous work for me. Same day service and solved my problem. They are great to work with and I was hoping to work with them again.

Repaired my shower valve that had snapped off at the stem. With patience and persistence, Tim removed the old valve from the shower and replaced it with a new one. David suggested I replace my secondary shut off valve down in the basement. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and agreed to have the handle replaced. This business is family owned and these guys are top notch.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Troy, Suzanne, and Nick were all awesome. I had a water quality problem with my well in a home we recently bought. Troy and his team researched the best option and we installed a new water filtration system. The crew was great with communication, on-time, professional, and went the extra mile.
