I was referred to Metro Earthworks and I am so thankful I was. Our job seemed simple but turned complex quickly. They are highly skilled problem solvers that worked towards a solution and not towards an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. The owner, Corey, was there from start to finish – prepping the site, running the equipment, and cleaning up. They are the only company I would work with if you are in need of sewer repair.

I had an excellent experience working with Cichy's - Jessica was wonderful at explaining everything involved in my sewer repair and answering my many questions. Tim, Mark and their crew were courteous, professional and efficient in working on my repair. I decided to go with Cichy's over other companies I also received bids for based on their recommendations on Nextdoor. I truly appreciate it when companies are both good at the physical work they do, but also take the time to explain everything and be available for anything that comes up. I hope I never need another sewer repair, but I would use Cichy's again for sure.

Mr. Rooter showed up within one hour of our emergency call on a Saturday, Craig was awesome, he found the problem immediately and because our system was a little different he took the time to research the components online before going in and fixing the problem. I was impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge displayed. We will no doubt use Mr. Rooter for any future needs.
