We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. Cichy's replaced sections of my sewer line to the street that had come uncoupled and the experience could not have been better. It took them less than a day to dig a deep hole in the front yard, replace the damaged pipe, inpect the remaining line, and fill it back in. They were all courteous and friendly. A key factor is that they also informed me of the fact that sewer projects like this can be paid for through the MPLS Sewer department as an assessment on property taxes, spread out over five or ten years. That information makes a project like this much easier to take on, and Cichy's walked me through that patiently. They are the best! I'd re-use them in a heartbeat.
