We had Genz Ryan come over for a quote and we ended up going with them for a new AC unit! Karim was very knowledgeable and took good care of us. Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
