Nice guy. Doesn't know how to use math or tape measures. Doesn't know how to miter cuts. Expect to hire someone else to fix mistakes or do it yourself. No wonder why he's cheap...wasted as much materials as he used

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! It should be infinity because the longer you are there the better the experience gets. Thank you JMBrennan, you have brought a new light into my life.

I tried to get other plumbing services in the Wauwatosa area to come look at my water heater, before calling Milestone, but I couldn't even get a call back from them. I searched google and found Milestone. First off, this company is GREAT! Their customer service is top notch! I had a faulty water heater and they sent a guy over right away to diagnose the issue. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. They (Adam) talked to my home warranty company, advised me of all my options, and completed the work without issue. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way and left the work area spotless! I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs in the future! Thanks Milestone!!
