Best Hydronic Heating Repair in Milwaukee WI

Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

Knauer Plumbing does excellent work at a fair price. I have found them to be extremely reliable and transparent as to the work to be done and the cost.

Originally came into contact with this company after filing a claim through my home warranty company due to a water heater issue -T&P valve. Long story short, the company sent out someone who made the issue significantly worse. When they were contacted about the mistake only vague excuses were provided. They refuse to stand by their service or come back to correct a blatant mistake made by their employee.
