Best Hydronic Heating in Milwaukee WI

We had Faust Co. perform the installation of our whole house filter and de-scaling system. I couldn't have gotten better service! The gentleman who came to the house was very professional, and yet, very personable. The installation of our system went without a single hitch, and it looks great!

I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! [I had been told that the Problem was the water pipes in my home we’re so old and narrowed.] I am so glad that I called Knauer!

Action came over and installed a new furnace, they installed it improperly and it was leaking condensation into the new furnace and out the back of the furnace. They came out to fix the problem, and drilled into my A coil! Andy told me they were going to replace the A coil and AC unit outside due to it being the same cost because of the R22 and how expensive it is. So from Actuon improperly installing the furnace, The water went under the wall and into my finished basement, it wrecked and stained my carpet! The inspector Josh even said it was due to the furnace being installed wrong and took pictures and sent it over to Action. The inspector sent over photos and Action said they will send over (white glove) someone who will clean the carpet or will replace the carpet if it can’t be cleaned. White glove recommend the carpet be replaced due to the big stains from the water from the furnace and mold under the carpet from where the condensation from the furnace sat. Action now Denys that the carpet is wrecked from them, and will not replace it. Tanya the VP and Andy their inspection manager keeps ignoring my calls and will not get back to me.
Action is very unprofessional and customer service is really bad!
Do not go with Action for your heating and cooling problems!

Very poor service. Once give them your credit card info they just charge what ever a bill was suppose to be $100 at the most they pulled $400.00 when got my statement. I kept calling about the money they charged on my card and they don't call you back. They are crooks !!! NEVER USE THEM. They give you a run around to get a permit until they take what they want off your credit card. It took 3 weeks to get a permit they kept saying they apply for it in 3 different city all wrong cities to get the permit from. CROOKS can't say it enough. NEVER GOT THE OVER CHARGED BACK ALONG WITH NO PHONES TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THEY GOT THE MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT OVERCHARGING. .NEVER A REFUND HAVE TO GO AFTER THEM FOR IT!!!! BEWARE NEVER USE!!!!!!
