I've been a Knauer customer for over thirty years, and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, cost-competitive, and efficient. I've had my furnace, water heater and airconditioning installed and serviced with Knauer and have always had an excellent experience. It's nice having familiar service people and staff to talk to about my issues. They always know who I am and treat me like I matter.

Showed up on time. Friendly service tech, patient, willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. Would recommend these people.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST... I'm looking to remodel my bathroom (looking for an estimate), and the idiot took two weeks to respond to my email. After responding, he asked me to draw him a blueprint of what I wanted to have done... shouldn't he of drawn the blueprint after coming over first... Such a lazy piece of ass, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they will most definitely half ass the work or scam you.
