I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! [I had been told that the Problem was the water pipes in my home we’re so old and narrowed.] I am so glad that I called Knauer!

They work on all my investment and personal properties and I only use Action now. I love the quick response and feel like it's a great value in a service field where there are a bunch of cowboys Action Heating and Cooling is the preferred, professional choice.

I wish Google would allow me to give them zero stars! They have horrible customer services and very rude. I was told when I originally called that they would bring the water heater with them for the service call. I gave them the model and tank size so they could bring the correct size. They did not bring one with them and told me they would have to get it from HSA. Then they wanted to charge me $50 to dispose of it and another $105 for a permit that was only going to cost them $55 and a five minute drive from my house. After being told I could get the permit myself, they then refused to give me the required information once I was at the inspector’s office. They showed up even after being told I did not want to use their service. The plumber knew nothing about the cancelation or about needing a permit, so they were going to charge me for a permit that they did not get. The plumber who came to install was very understanding and polite but the office personnel did not seem to care when I said I would be calling HSA to get another provider or cash out. Due to the office personnel being rude and wasting my time, I will never use this company even if they paid me!
