Our entire experience was top notch and professional . Our sump pump broke and was spraying water all over our basement . They answered the phone right away at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night . Our technician James was at our house in under 20 minutes . James was the best . He explained everything clearly showed us what he was doing and was kind and friendly to my family ( my 3 year old was very curious and scared and he made her feel much better) . My daughter said she has a new hero cause he “fixed my basement “. Clear and no pressure about payment and pricing. We are going to have them back for more work this spring

I was more than pleased with Rozga Plumbing from the inquiry phone call through the excellent service I received. Jeff was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with my disposal and gave me several options to cure it. He was not high pressure but very realistic in his suggestions. He answered all my questions and was very patient in responding to my concerns. He was very efficient in his work but I did not feel he was rushing through my job to get to another. I will certainly use Rozga Plumbing Services again and hope I can get Jeff again. Thank you for your friendly, professional, and reassuring approach. Since I know absolutely nothing about disposals or plumbing I could have been easily taken advantage of. I appreciate the respect that Jeff showed for me even though he had to be laughing inside from the questions I was asking.
