UNETHICAL, OVERCHARGE: I asked for an estimate for unplugging my garbage disposal, and was told by answerer she couldn't do it because she had no idea what was wrong. When plumber arrived it took him about 2 minutes to unplug & then told me they had a standard cost of repairing any disposal of $140, the trip charge was $59, so I paid $200 for 2 minutes. Had the person answering the phone (who acted like she was the owner) told me of their standard charge I wouldn't have engaged them.

I don't know.. I saved this guy from some false adverts of his biz on the Spectrum ch1135 during PawnStars show.. I never heard a ty from him so he either reads his stuff not or he didn't care ? 🙊

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced. The Flow-Rite owner personally answered our phone call for help. The faucet was efficiently replaced by mid-afternoon of the same day. Reasonable and fair charge. What's not to like about that?

Great company. Show up when they say they are going to, do great work and fair priced. Highly recommend.
