Rick came on time for maintenance / cleaning of our ductless mini split system with a professional and warm smile. He greeted me and my small children cheerfully. He got right to work and was very respectful of our home, covering his shoes each time he went in and out and was careful with ladders and tools around the kids. He was thorough and efficient. He did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to request him next time. Having services done in our home with small children (one with autism) can be very stressful but Rick performed great service and was very considerate and conscientious of all I had going on during a busy morning too. I highly recommend Hartlaub . . . service can’t be beat!
