Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

They used a tablet to go through each step of the process in their system, clarifying what I was signing for and the amount to be charged, which felt very transparent and professional.

Excellent service

The service they provided was exceptional and at first I was delighted with it. Two months later I had a back up and I asked them to come back out and they did. In one weeks time, it was backed up again. I messaged the owner and advised him of what was happening and he immediately went on the defensive by indicating to me that he had been in the business since 1961 and that he was 65 yrs old and that he knew precisely what he was speaking of. He proceeded to tell me what I had to do and was rather crass. I indicated to him that I had no doubt in his men as professionals that I was not accusing him or his people of anything, I just needed the issue resolved and would appreciate them coming out and looking at this. He was not at all sympathetic to sensitive to my dilemma. I thought that I had a company for life and was certain that I could call them from here on out, not so. I am very sorry to say that this gentleman, the owner, is anything but a professional. I paid them in full both times that they came out and he went onto say that I had not paid them the 2nd time around, I have the cancelled check to prove it. They were paid in full both times. This gentleman just went on rambling when all I needed was for him to come out and look at what was happening and explore a little further to get to the root cause of the back up. He (Tony) was totally hostile. I am so sorry about this, I thought I had a company for any future issues. I can way with all honesty that I would not recommend them to anyone.

David was accommodating to our schedule, responsible in calling us back and kept us informed before making any changes. He educated us on our best options and taught us a more efficient way of filtering our water system. He fixed a leak responsible for our main water. He also got us an amazing Filtering system adequate for us and never tried to oversell us anything. He was amicable and will definitely be using this service again. Thanks David!

Outstanding in every way. He quickly assess the situation let me know what he was going to do did it and gave a great price. He was very nice and personable but also very professional.
