We called Miami Shores Plumbing Saturday morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes. The plumber reached and quickly started working to fix our issue. He was professional and knowledgeable.

This company is supposed to be the best in town, but had the worst experience. They sent out two technicians out to the job site on multiple occasion just to tell us that a special tool was needed. Technicians were not prepare and worst they charged us an astronomical amount of money for a job they could not fix. Eddy Villamil, service manager, has zero professionalism and tries to scam you in believing the job is more complicated than it is. Please be careful when hiring this company. We ended up fixing the issue ourselves with NO SPECIAL TOOLS!

Tony Warren of Bakersfield Plumbing had all the equipment and technology to explain my drainage problem and repaired it without trying to dupe me. Yes we have older homes with old plumbing and sewer piping. Be sure you get someone honest or you can be spending a LOT of unnecessary money.
