Nelson was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained to me what was happening with my water heater and that a replacement was eminent. Within minutes he was able to find a new unit that he replaced for the old one. New unit is working great.

Called them due to an issue I was having with my sewage system as both my toilets and shower not working properly. A representative came out and did a thorough investigation on what the main issue was. It seemed like roots from a tree were blocking my sewage lines, in turn, causing true havoc. Rafael was extremely helpful in ensuring he cleared all the roots and ensured we had working toilets and showers. From the beginning the customer service was excellent and I felt this company did a great job keeping us informed of plumbing issue and the steps they took along the way to ensure our plumbing needs were met. Highly recommend.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.
