Tal is very professional and detailed with his work. We had an emergency and he gave us a 2 hour window for arrival and met it. He was thorough in his explanation of what happened and what we need to do to avoid any problems going forward. It was a pleasure to deal with him. It's hard to find that work ethic in these times. We will be using his company going forward.

On Wednesday, the company called to schedule a time to give me a quote for a number of services I'm interested in, including unclogging my kitchen sink. I told them the drain was a major emergency, and a repairman came out that very day. Steve went above and beyond to assist us in every way. He devoted a good chunk of his day to figuring out the issue and, when necessary, calling for backup. The crew did a great job on a job that turned out to be more complicated than they had anticipated.

Did the good job. Highly recommend the service.

David was without a doubt the best decision I could have made when deciding to pick a plumber off of the internet when a sudden problem occurred with my bathroom pipes. Something that we thought was just a small task turned out to be a four hour job. David remained professional and patient the entire time. He talked me through what was going on and made sure that the problem was resolved before he left my house that day. I normally don't write reviews but I can honestly say that If you are looking for a knowledgeable and Professional Plumber that Epoca Plumbing is the way to go. Finally a plumbing service that won't try to rip you off because your woman!!! This company mostly likely will be the only company I turn to for my plumbing needs. I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!

Terrible! These people are unprofessional, rude , arrogant, disrespectful and Pamela the owner left me and my family with no sink because God forbid they come across a dissatisfied customer when they don’t do their job and then say go find another plumber and hang up on my face.

Let me set the record straight: her response is untrue. I unfortunately expect nothing less from this company than instead of taking responsibility, they chose to falsely attack my character and shift the blame to the customer. This is beyond upsetting and unacceptable and false.

I am now scrambling to find someone to help me and ensure a sink for my family and children. This is BEYOND ABSURD AND WRONG!!

They did not do the job right from the beginning and instead of being responsible, respectful and honest and caring this company exited the situation, left me hanging and the WORST PART have the audacity to blame me!!

They are the worst company to have install anything!!! Faulty work, careless and not willing to correct their mistakes or make anything right! They installed a drainfield through Nova Homes and after 2 years the drainfield has failed. They aren't willing to fix it and think that their customers should pay out thousands of dollars for equipment that should last 15-25 years!!!!!!!!!
