Rude rude rude and not worth the time. I called for a simple job to unclog a toilet. They quoted me an astronomical number to take off the whole toilet. When I told them how simple it was they told me I should do it myself and they don't want me as a client. RUDE and not worth it. Don't use them.

The service they provided was exceptional and at first I was delighted with it. Two months later I had a back up and I asked them to come back out and they did. In one weeks time, it was backed up again. I messaged the owner and advised him of what was happening and he immediately went on the defensive by indicating to me that he had been in the business since 1961 and that he was 65 yrs old and that he knew precisely what he was speaking of. He proceeded to tell me what I had to do and was rather crass. I indicated to him that I had no doubt in his men as professionals that I was not accusing him or his people of anything, I just needed the issue resolved and would appreciate them coming out and looking at this. He was not at all sympathetic to sensitive to my dilemma. I thought that I had a company for life and was certain that I could call them from here on out, not so. I am very sorry to say that this gentleman, the owner, is anything but a professional. I paid them in full both times that they came out and he went onto say that I had not paid them the 2nd time around, I have the cancelled check to prove it. They were paid in full both times. This gentleman just went on rambling when all I needed was for him to come out and look at what was happening and explore a little further to get to the root cause of the back up. He (Tony) was totally hostile. I am so sorry about this, I thought I had a company for any future issues. I can way with all honesty that I would not recommend them to anyone.

David, the technician who came to my home on short notice was an expert! He was punctual, polite and was careful to clean up when he was finished. He explained everything to me and what my options were. Very thorough and careful with the work done. My cat liked him too! Highly recommend Dovis Plumbing and David in particular. Olga

I have nothing but praise for this company and their service technician Hector. He always shows up on time, is helpful, pleasant, and skilled. Hector has visited my home twice, and both times he has quickly and expertly fixed the problems I was having.

Jim did a great job installing an electric tankless water heater at my house. He was very professional and his work looks great. I will definitely plan on using him again if i have any plumbing issues.

Charles and Pamela at Call-A-Plumber epitomize they meaning of a hometown business that goes out of their way to help their customers solve a problem. Let’s face it. You don’t call for plumbing services if everything is working perfectly in your life! I had clients with a problem with their shower valve and Pamela and Charles helped me (and my clients) so much! They proactively reached out to my clients to personally speak with them to reassure them the problem was being resolved. The owner of the business, Charles Duncan, personally went to the distributor to pick up the part and he personally went to the location to install, making sure my client was kept informed at every step of the way. Now. Where do you get service like that these days? From Call A Plumber! So. Do yourselves a favor. Call A Plumber when you need to call a plumber. They are amazing people and they do amazing work!!
