fix is scheduled for 12-18--2022. Today was the estimate and I'm impressed, so far. Matt Davis was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. He was not just polite, but personable, as well. He was efficient and got a big redirection of my kitchen drains done in what, to me, was a reasonably short amount of time. Can't say enough superb things. 5 star rating is well

Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

When Ivan from AM Plumbing first came out to replace my water heater, I was satisfied with their service.

Fast forward 6 months and an inspection on that unit's exhaust is needed in order to complete some roof work. I called Ivan to come out and do that. He looked everything over and noticed a few things that were not up to code. He told me he would fix them and complete the inspection.

After nearly 3 weeks, I haven't heard back from him. This is his own work, his own installation, that is sub-par, doesn't meet code, and won't pass inspection. He knows it was his original responsibility to do this work properly and acknowledged he hadn't. Now he's ghosting me to avoid completing the work.

Now I have to find another plumber to fix it and go after AM in court over damages and expenses.
