I generally don’t do many reviews. However, in this case, I would be doing a disservice to Caleb Service if I didn’t. Alexis provided same day service for a water heater installation. His assessment of the problem was spot on. His quote was very reasonable and he completely the job fast. I felt he was honest and personable. Although Jeh had to reschedule our appointment, he was punctual. He told us he underestimated the work to be done, but stuck to his price, and did not come up with a higher bill than expected. Quality work done. I would use him again.

Coastal picked up on the first call, and was very informative on what would be needed to resolve our plumbing issue. They confirmed within 2 minutes of sending photos of the faulty plumbing the required parts needed and cost. Although we had a confirmed appointment of 1 PM, Coastal let us know that they had earlier availability if we were interested. They arrived on time, which is rare for maintenance in my experience. The repair was done by Judson, who was very professional and worked very efficiently. No surprise costs, no price gouging on the parts, great service, and on time - Highly recommend!

What a great place! Thank you Ibrahim and Coral Gables Plumbing for making my life easier. I had no idea as to what to buy to get the bathroom remodeling off the ground. Ibrahim was extremly courteous, professional and helped me pick out the shower head to the drain for my new bathroom He knew exactly what we needed. We went to so many different plumbing stores in Doral, Hialeah, and as far as Boca Raton and we did NOT get the level of service that we did when we first stepped into Coral Gables Plumbing. I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!
