The two work Technicians Kory and Aldo were Neatly Dressed, Courteous, and Respectful. They assessed All problems and gave wonderful suggestions, options, and tips.They answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and clarified anything that we did not understand. Cleanup was great. They made sure was working properly before they left. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We were pleased with the work done. We will use them in the future. After our upstairs toilet broke one night and we had to travel to a coffee shop the next morning, I felt quite ashamed. This neighborhood plumber came by the next day and took care of the issue for me.

Omar Chaney replaced my gas thermostat on my waterheater. Did a superb job. nice , pleasant and polite. Also was reasonabily price on the labor side. I received the replacement part from the manufacturer Rheem, so it was free. Will be using these guys again. I endorse this company.

Bradley Plumbing & Gas was originally recommended to me by my husband's friend and they are now my go-to company whenever there's plumbing needs. I have used their services on various occasions, including installing a water heater, leak detections and a few leak repairs. It’s always a little strange having someone in your home but The Plumbers made the process easy and comfortable for me while my husband was at work! Really appreciate the professionalism and information by Ariel.

They don't even deserve to be awarded one star. I am taking the time to write this review so it may help others in not falling for their dishonest way to make business. My request was to have a gas water heater fixed. The problem was that gas was not reaching the pilot to produce the flame, due to a clogged gas tubing. They sent a so called technician who did not even care to. check what and where he was supposed to. He came up with the theory that the igniter was malfunctioning, something that was not true since the igniter was producing the required spark consistently. Then what followed his wrong and outrageous diagnostic was a far more outrageous cost for a part replacement. Since we decided not to use their services based on the fact that he did not know was he was talking about, we were charged $75 for his visit.
I have come up to the conclusion that their business practice is based on the lack of knowledge of the consumer about the appliance they need to be fixed and not on the expertise or willingness of their personnel.
I strongly recommend not to use their services.

Called Ivan and he responded via text right away. I explained that I had a leak by a bathroom drain but I could not find the source. Ivan checked out the bathroom and recommended that he use a camera and snake the main line. He reported to me that there were several places where the pipe was clogged, and he got most of it out. After a few days the leak reappeared. I called Ivan and told him the problem, he told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me as soon as he was done. After not hearing from him at the end of the day I called him and left a voice message and a text. After getting no response, I called several times the next day and sent text messages. After getting no response it occurred to me that he was avoiding me. I texted him using a different phone like a new customer and he responded right away. I told him who I was and to not bother because I was calling another plumber. I called South End Plumbing and they found the problem in 10 minutes – a leaking shutoff valve under the sink. Problem solved at 1/3 what I paid Ivan. It also looks like Ivan had license issues in 2017
