With a water emergency on a Saturday morning, they found time on their schedule to come out within a few hours of our call and we’re able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit.I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company. I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no. I decided to call Lawson. As always, they came out to do a free estimate. And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later.The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable.They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills.I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I have been using Lawson Family Plumbing since about 2013.When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company. I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies. I am glad Lawson was able to do the job. It looks great and I am confident in their work.
